I work directly with homeowners to design custom floor plans and exterior concepts, then prepare permit-ready drawings to support your build. Through a collaborative, client-centered process, we develop a home that aligns with your lifestyle, goals, and vision.

Once I have all project details, I'll start creating your drawings and / or renderings. Near completion, I’ll send a draft for your approval or revisions to ensure it meets your vision.

I love getting involved as soon as possible! Most clients bring me on board early on in the design development phase so that they have drawings / renderings for their first presentation or for bidding,

when is the best time to reach out?

For project based support, I offer an hourly rate or flat fee for your project.
For consistent monthly support, I offer a monthly retainer, you will gain 10 hours of dedicated support each month at a discounted rate. If more time is needed, you will be billed for the additional time.

how does pricing work?

The turnaround time is 7-14 days, if the project is just for 1-3 interior spaces. If the scope is for a full home, the turnaround time is 4+ weeks.

For my returning and monthly clients, the turnaround time is expedited.

what is the turn around time?

For 2D drawings, I use AutoCAD to deliver precise floor plans, electrical plans, and elevations tailored to your vision. If you’re looking for 3D renderings, I work in Chief Architect to seamlessly provide both 2D drawings and 3D visuals that bring your space to life.

I also have access and experience with SketchUp and Photoshop.
